District Manager Chris Musser pays me back for the cost of the tow. Now there's a win!

Staff is very nice and witty, generally in a good mood. Orders are all good. The only thing I do not like is the lack of seating and parking. You drive there? Don't even try getting a spot at their "Starbucks only" parking (4 cars max, including 1 handicap). If you walk and wanna sit and relax for a while, you'll be able to find that one seat only if you're lucky. There is space to put more tables and chairs, even outside along the window, but they simply don't. That's the reason why they don't get a 5*. It's only good for PICK UP if you WALK...

Second time in one weekend. No drip coffee brewed. Isn't Starbucks for coffee shop?

I'm one of those people who like my coffee a certain way and that's it .. if it's not rit I'll return however this Starbucks made my drink perfect !! It was clean not as large as the normal Starbucks but everything near the beach is more compact .. if your not into Starbucks dunkin donuts is across the street great service there as well.

Ample seating space, always seems to be an available spot here.

This starbucks is in Lincoln road and is far worse service than the others up the street. Customers are treated like cattle by an inattentive staff whi is always joking and pranking each other. Also very messy always. Drinks are fine.

One of my favorite locations, friendly employees that remember your order if you're a regular. Small *free parking lot in the back, and huge inside with lots of space to hang out. Just don't park across the street unless your ready to visit beach towing!

Nice staff. Usually quick and polite. Come here all the time. Good amount of seating.

Open late. Lots of seating. Pretty decent area, mostly locals, not much going on over on the west side of the island.

This Starbucks managed to make a pumpkin spice latte taste like dirt with an extra shot of disappointment.

I've been driving past this one for a while now and finally decided to stop in today (Sunday afternoon) . The girl who served me was nice and it had a chill little lounge area with couches. I prefer this one to the ones on Lincoln Rd. It has a more relaxed atmosphere and more locals then tourists.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks... The only difference is this is my neighborhood Starbucks so of course I am going to like it best. The baristas are all very pleasant, and a few have even taken the effort to learn my name and coffee preferences which I really appreciate. The line can be fairly long in the morning but I have never had to wait long. There is also free wifi, leather couches, a high-top counter and a large wooden table for lingering with your laptop or newspaper. there are usually several people in the coffee shop, but not so many as you cannot find a place to sit or plug in a computer. The people watching at this location is a lot of fun. There is a cross-section of students, businessmen and enough of the southbeach weirdos to keep things interesting. There is some parking in the back, meters on Alton and 16th or, if you are there at certain hours, open parking in the residential area along West Avenue.

Reviewing Starbucks is like reviewing a pencil. It always works as it should, it has both the ability to allow creativity by serving as a shared office space for freelancers and can fix issues, as long as the only thing needing to be fixed is your caffeine fix. Seriously, they are mostly all the same. I found this one clean, friendly, everything else you'd expect from a SB. But it was also near my apartment, right on Alton for people watching plus the other regulars are great to share coffee with too.

This location is perfect if you want to be around locals on Miami Beach. It is a great way to escape the touristy crowds and settle in for a nice cup of coffee with a good book. Plenty of seating from leather comfy chairs to a large meeting table and even a bar to sit at or stand by. You choose it at this Starbucks unlike the other locations around.

The seasonal flavors are amazing this year and the people watching is priceless! Great after a relaxing walk on the Venetian Causeway!

Good everything! To much to say about the cappuccino. Not so fast Internet but it's decent for about 1,000 people using it. So get your buts over here.

Limited parking in the back, the location is convenient and has an interesting feel. It is a good place to meet my daughter for morning Java and catch up.

A sub-par Starbucks with average service. And a broken bathroom door handle that doesn't lock. Tables were rather dirty as well.

The employees here are nice and speedy. Im greeted with smiles I order then I wait a couple of seconds and im out with my yummy drink. I usually order a Venti Chai Tea Latte with Soy Milk.

I come here all the time for my morning jive. Their drinks are always on point and the staff is super friendly. I might quit my 9-5 so I can have free coffee.

Good: Consistent Starbucks. Friendly staff. Opens the earliest of all the Starbucks that I'm aware of - 5:30 AM. Currently under renovation - hopefully the atmosphere would be enhanced. The decor and seating is a bit bland.

This is the second of my two Starbucks reviews. An average Starbucks would earn 3 stars. What gives this one 4? 1. Clean bathroom. 2. Convenient location. 3. A charming barista who once made an Earl Grey *Chai* when they ran out of the standard Chai, which turned out incredible.

Standard Starbucks. Nothing out of the ordinary or special. They make your order right, and fast. The place is clean, convenient to walkers, and across the street from Dunkin, so a good fall back if Dunkin is to crowded. No complaints about the place, and it is likely the easiest to get in and out of on the beach for morning commuters.

It's on the west side of Alton Road across the street from the theaters but you can usually find a place to sit down.
